AIR MANGKOK HOUSE

Located in Bangka, Indonesia, this house seeks to interpret the site condition into the design. It respond the site’s hot and tropic nature into lots of ceiling openings for circulation and natural lighting. Roster and wood screens are added to add shadows. The materials are sourced locally to add uniqueness to the house.
