GEU House is a purpose-built extension designed as a dedicated leisure space, the new focal point of the home’s transformation.
Located in the Greenlake cluster of Cipondoh, on the border with West Jakarta, the project had to respond to an existing house designed by a different consultant. Rather than competing with it, the extension continues that visual language, keeping old and new in the same architectural conversation.
At the heart of the addition is a two-story gazebo, directly accessible from the main house. It connects the two volumes physically and reinforces a sense of spatial fluidity, so the extension reads as a natural continuation of the house, not an add-on. Rooms are oriented toward the pool and garden, with bedrooms specifically angled to face the water.
GEU House brings resort-like comfort into suburban living, the experience of a private villa built right into the home.
