Terroir Installation is a small, temporary coffee booth built for exhibition spaces, made entirely from industrial scaffolding pipes and clamps.
Dark fabric wraps the structure to give it a clear boundary within the exhibition hall. At its center, a curved counter in black and white wood grain holds the pour-over stations right at the front, putting the brewing process in direct view of anyone walking by. Even at a compact 12 sqm, the booth works to pull people in rather than just hold equipment.
